Dylan often compares his passion for his work to his love of mountain biking. They both challenge and inspire him. "There is a synergy between the bike and the trail that is much like the relationships Evergreen HCA has built with our clients and candidates," Dylan explained. "Because of these relationships, we can anticipate the needs of both our clients and candidates. When a client reaches out with a project, we typically already know of several candidates who could meet their needs."

Dylan uses his time riding to improve the business. "Mountain biking puts me in the ideal mental state to be innovative and make important decisions." Dylan credits riding for helping grow Evergreen HCA. "Some of my best ideas often come from my time on the trail."

Dylan took all of the photos on this site over the past two years. "I wanted to capture and preserve what I was seeing and doing when the world shut down. The photos are meaningful to me." Passions like biking are great conversation starters and sharing our personal stories helps to build relationships!
